If no photos or not all photos are shown during your search, please follow these steps first:
1. Check basic data
- Have you selected the correct event and the correct year?
- Are you on the page for the correct distance or the correct event day?
2. Check main search
Depending on the event, either the selfie search or the bib number search is used for the main search. Please check the points for your event's search method:
Quality of the live selfie: Look directly into the camera. Your face should be well-lit, sharp, and centered in the camera image. Make sure no other people are in the selfie.
Marker during the event: The marker provided for the event is the most important requirement for automatic assignment. If the marker was covered, twisted, or incorrectly attached in the photos, the system cannot automatically recognize your images.
You can always find photos where your marker could not be recognized using the other search options and add them to your search results.
Differing bib number format: Sometimes the printed bib number differs from the one in the organizer's results list (e.g., due to preceding letters, variants with and without a hyphen, or similar). In this case, try to enter the number exactly as it was printed.
Visibility of the bib number: The bib number was covered, folded, dirty, or not worn during the race.
You can always find photos where your bib number could not be recognized using the other search options and add them to your search results.
Found no or too few results? How to find your photos anyway
Simply use our alternative search options on the right side of the event page:
- GPS search: Upload your activity file to find photos based on your exact times on the course.
- Category search: Select the categories and the time you passed the spot to find your photos.
- Intelligent search: Display more photos that might match the ones you have already found.
You can easily add found images to your photo flat rate using the "That's me" button.
