After validated receipt of payment, we will immediately make the photos available to you in social media resolution in your customer account and notify you of this by e-mail.

• Did you enter all data correctly when ordering?

Due to the large amount of data, it can take up to 48 hours for the photos to be made available in full resolution. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as they are available for you.

If you pay by bank transfer, the transaction will be handled by a payment service provider. The download link will be sent after the payment has been approved by the respective payment service provider. This release can take 2 -3 days.
