What do I need to get my photos?

Your personal code.

Where can I find my code?

You received the CODE for your photo package by email from the organizer of the Vitality London 10,000/Westminster Mile run.

Please also check your spam folder.

If you cannot find the code anywhere, the London Team can help you:

How do I redeem the code?

Find your photo package after validation.

Click "buy now" and follow the steps of the ordering process. 

In the last step (payment), apply your code and complete the order. 



Request a new one to be sent to you.


However, you can always download your photos without the order confirmation in Your Download Area . 





Date of birth and bib number do not match


Quick Solutions

Check if you have selected the correct event. 
For the Vitality London 10,000 2025 we do not ask for your date of birth ;)
