What do I need to get my photos?


Your personal code.

Where can I find my code?


Please note: You don't receive it by email from Sportograf. You can get it from HYROX.



You find the code (Sportograf Order-ID) for your photos on your 

  • “Sportograf Photo Package” Ticket or
  • your Google or Apple Wallet.

It's is a separate, personalized ticket (similar but different from your entry ticket).

The Code starts with the country code + SP

  • "UKSP..." for Birmingham
  • "FRSP..." for Paris


If you only have a QR code, just scan it. :)

How to redeem your code


Find your photo package after validation.

Click "buy now" and follow the steps of the ordering process. 

In the last step (payment), apply your CODE and complete the order.



The code isn't working. Why?


  • The code has already been redeemed.
    Once you have redeemed the code, you will find your photos in your download area.  Or...


  • You have single photos in your cart.
    The code can only be applied to the Foto-Flat, aka photo package.
