My code isn't working. Why?
The 2 most common reasons why your code isn't working:
- The code has already been redeemed.
Once you have redeemed the code, you will find your photos in your download area. Please log in to access your download area: https://www.sportograf.com/en/login - Single photos in your cart.
If your code is valid for the photo package, aka “ Foto-Flat,” it cannot be redeemed for single photos.
