The 2 most common reasons why your code isn't working:

1. The code has already been redeemed.
   Once you have redeemed the code, you will find your photos in your download area.
   
   
2. Single photos in your cart.
   If your code is valid for the photo package, aka “ Foto-Flat,” it cannot be redeemed for single photos.
