What do I need to get my photos?

Your personal code.

Where can I find my code?

You received the CODE for your photo package by email from us, Sportograf

Please also check your spam folder. 

How do I redeem the code?

Find your photo package after validation.

Click "buy now" and follow the steps of the ordering process. 

In the last step (payment), apply your code and complete the order. 



Request a new one to be sent to you.


However, you can always download your photos without the order confirmation in Your Download Area . 





Email and bib number do not match
