Please check the following steps first: 

• Did you search at the right event? 
• Have you selected the right year?
• Selfie search: Is the selfie sharp and illuminated and is your face large enough to be seen in it?
• Start number search: Have you searched for the right start number? 

If you have done everything correctly and still no photos are displayed, you can still try to choose a similar look to the event for the selfie search.

For the start number search, it may be that your start number was not visible and therefore unfortunately no photos can be assigned. There are several reasons for this. Perhaps the start number was covered, dirty or not worn?
