At some events you can buy your Foto-Flat already before the race at a lower price. You can find out whether this is possible and at what conditions on the website of the organizer.

For most events:  You receive an email with the voucher code for your Foto-Flat. As soon as the photos are online, you can redeem this code in the last step of the order process at www.sportograf.com.

Hyrox: You should find the code for your Foto-Flat on your Sportograf Photo Package ticket.

Spartan: New for most Spartan events in US, Canada and Europe: If you have pre-ordered your photos, you can access them through your Spartan account using the "I purchased" button.

The social media resolution of the photos is immediately available in your customer account. Promptly after the photos are available in full resolution, we will automatically send you an email notification. Please also check the Spam folder of your mailbox.
