For most events:  You receive an email with the code for your Foto-Flat. 

How to use the code: With the code you will be able to place an order via our website. Find your Foto-Flat. Click "buy now". Follow the steps of the ordering process and enter your code at the last step (payment).

HYROX: You should find the code for your Foto-Flat on your Sportograf Photo Package ticket.

Spartan Races: no code - you have to access the photos via your Spartan account.

The social media resolution of the photos is immediately available in your customer account. Promptly after the photos are available in full resolution, we will automatically send you an email notification. Please also check the Spam folder of your mailbox.
